CORNWALL – Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus and County Legislator Kevin Hines participated on Tuesday in the Trees for Troops donation drive at Farmside Acres in Cornwall.
Donated Christmas trees were dropped off at the farm to be loaded onto FedEx trucks. From there, they will be delivered to local soldiers and servicemen and women at five bases in the United States.
Farmside Acres’ owners the Nannini family have been collecting Christmas trees for delivery to our local troops.
Several volunteers were ar the farm to help load the trees into trucks.
