FISHKILL – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has charged a 21-year-old Waterbury, CT man with having sex with a person under the age of 17 while in the Town of Fishkill.
The detective bureau arrested Axell Enrique Orellana Flores with rape and criminal sex act for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with the child on November 6.
Flores was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 bond or $10,000 partially secured bond.
