LAGRANGE – State Police captured three New York City men after they robbed a Walgreens pharmacy on Route 55 in Lagrange on Tuesday morning.

The three allegedly jumped over the pharmacy counter at around 9:35 a.m. and stole several medications before fleeing in a Toyota Camry.

Troopers spotted the car on the Taconic State Parkway near Carpenter Road, attempted to stop them, but they failed to comply and later crashed at Pudding Street on the parkway.

All three fled on foot but were caught shortly thereafter.

Arrested were Darryl Odom, Jr., 25, of Manhattan, Jason Wade, 21, of Brooklyn, and Bahkeem Cooke, 22, also of Brooklyn.

They were all charged with robbery, burglary, conspiracy and petit larceny. Odom was also wanted out of Bergen County, New Jersey and New York City.

Wade was also wanted by New York City Police.

Cooke, who was the driver or the car, was also charged with unlawfully fleeing.

All three were arraigned and released on their own recognizance pending a future court appearance.

Wade and Odom were turned over to NYPD on the outstanding charges.
