MONTGOMERY – Two more planeloads of teenagers were flown into Orange County Airport Friday night with the youths headed for housing in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

One plane touched down at the Montgomery facility at around 6:05 p.m. with the second aircraft landing moments later.
The children, many carrying suitcases or duffle bags, were flown from El Paso, Texas.
One plane carried 22 passengers while the other had 24. Two chartered coach buses waited to transport them – one group to Poughkeepsie and the other to Kingston.
Aurelio Medina works at the airport refueling flight school planes. “This is high-level human trafficking” by the federal government, he said.
Joel Laporte, a pilot who flies out of the airport regularly, termed the flights “very sneaky.”
