TOWN OF WALLKILL – It sounds like something moves are made of. Perpetrators hooked a chain up to the front of the ATM machine at the Chase Bank branch on Lloyds Lane in the Town of Wallkill and hooked the other end to a pickup truck.
When Wallkill Police showed up, they found the abandoned truck running, the front torn off the ATM machine and an undetermined amount of cash missing.
Anyone with information about the incident that occurred shortly after 5 a.m. on Tuesday is asked to call Wallkill Town Detectives at 845-692-6757.
