Two homes struck by gunfire in Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE – Gunfire rang out at around 2:30 in the morning on Thursday in the area of Corlies Avenue in the City of Poughkeepsie. Two occupied homes were struck by bullets, but no one was injured.

A canvass of the area led to the recovery of several items of evidence including many shell casings.

The investigation is continuing.
