Port Ewen man arrested for sexual abuse

CATSKILL – A 39-year-old Port Ewen man has been arrested by State Police investigators from the Catskill barracks on a felony charge of sexual abuse.

Brandon Ferguson was arrested on July 29 on a charge that he had allegedly inappropriately touched a minor over a period of several months.

He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
