BEACON – One week after a man was found dead along the Hudson River shoreline at Dennings Point in Beacon, city police have concluded their investigation.

Police said the man, publicly identified only as a 39-year-old Wappinger resident, was not the victim of foul play.

Investigators also said there was no indication that the man was in the river.

Police are awaiting a final autopsy report to complete their investigation.
