SAUGERTIES – A domestic incident in Saugerties at 10:30 on Tuesday night led local police to arrest a Kingston man on a charge of violating a stay-away order of protection against him.
When Saugerties Police located Christian Moore-Giles, 32, in the area of Second Street in the Village of Saugerties, a file check revealed he was wanted by Kingston Police on an arrest warrant for robbery.
He was processed in Saugerties on a charge of criminal contempt of a court order and then turned over to Kingston Police for processing on their arrest warrant.
