WHITE PLAINS – A Bronx man has been indicted for fatally shooting his former roommate in March, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam Rocah said.

William Pryor, 22, was indicted on charges of murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, as well as a misdemeanor of petit larceny.

It is alleged that on March 3 at about 3:40 p.m., Pryor fatally shot 29-year-old Marquis Muniz in Yonkers and stole his cell phone.

Yonkers Police arrested Pryor on June 30 in Croton-on-Hudson following a multi-agency operation with the US Marshals Service, Peekskill Police and Westchester County DA’s Office.
