LIBERTY – The Sullivan County Land Bank has rehabilitated eight homes to date but can now add three new builds to its accomplishments.
Executive Director Jill Weyer said the new construction included two homes in the Village of Liberty and one in the Village of Monticello.
“We’ve usually focused on renovation and sale of vacant and abandoned homes that needed rehab and revitalization, but this closing celebration focused on our pilot program of creating three new construction projects,” she said.
The Sullivan County Land Bank has collaborated with RUPCO for its rehabilitation projects.
