Three arrested for robbery in Town of Ulster parking lot

TOWN OF ULSTER – Three Town of Ulster residents were arrested on Thursday, June 23 in connection with a robbery that occurred just before midnight on Wednesday, the 22nd, in the parking lot of the Rodeway Inn at 239 Forest Hill Drive in the Town of Ulster.

Arrested were Katie Ann Warren, 32, Timothy Powell, 57, and 27-year-old Kyavon Harris-Thomas.

All three were charged with felony robbery and misdemeanors of criminal mischief and conspiracy.

They were arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail to reappear in Town of Ulster Justice Court at a later date.

The Ulster Police Department was assisted by the Kingston/Ulster Special Investigations Unit and the Kingston/Ulster Emergency Services Unit.
