NEW CITY – The Rockland County grand jury has indicted a man on several sex-related crimes.
District Attorney Thomas Walsh III said Luis Miguel Carrera-Quintanilla was indicted on Wednesday on five counts of rape, four counts each of criminal sex act, sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as one count of forcible touching.
In an unrelated case, Anthony Ramirez was indicted on charges of attempted murder, two counts of assault and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
