Florida man arrested for stealing over $130,000 from non-profit while CFO

KINGSTON – State Police in the Town of Ulster have arrested a 64-year-old Del Rey Beach, Florida man for allegedly stealing over $130,000 from a local not-for-profit organization while employed as its chief financial officer.

James Tisch was charged with felony grand larceny, arraigned, and released on his own recognizance.

The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation was assisted by the State Police Financial Crimes Unit.
