MIDDLETOWN – A 34-year-old City of Middletown man has been remanded to the Orange County Jail following his arrest on charges that he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 15.
An investigation by the State Police and the Orange County Child Abuse Unit led to the arrest of Cecilio Navarro on Tuesday, June 14 on two counts of rape, predatory sexual assault against a child, all felonies.
He was also charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.
