ELLENVILLE – The Ellenville Central School District schools are currently on lockdown status and multiple police units began responding to the elementary and junior-senior high schools at approximately 10:50 a.m. Thursday morning.
Police radio communications indicate that two subjects were in police custody related to the unspecified threat at 10:59 a.m. Additional responding police units have been advised to continue proceeding to the schools.
