WOODSTOCK – A 72-year-old Mount Tremper woman, who apparently suffered a medical emergency, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, was injured when her car rolled over on Glenford Wittenberg Road in the Town of Woodstock late in the afternoon of May 13.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they found the vehicle on its side resting against a tree.

The sole occupant, Judy Pavone, was trapped inside and extricated by fire and EMS personnel.

She was transported to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.

Deputies said the preliminary investigation determined Pavone had lost control while driving due to the health issue causing her to lose control and overturning.

Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Woodstock Police Department, State Police, Woodstock Fire Department, and Mobile Life Support Services.
