ALBANY – Two third-prize winning tickets, each worth $50,000, for the April 11 Powerball drawing were purchased in New York, both at Hannaford supermarkets.
One winning ticket was sold at the store on Tower Drive in the Town of Wallkill and the other, 130 miles away at the store on Central Avenue in Albany.
The winning numbers for that drawing were 5-7-24-31-34 and the Powerball of 4.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m.
The jackpot for the drawing to be held on April 13 is an estimated $302 million.
