Three charged with impaired driving offenses

KINGSTON – Three people have been arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and charged with driving while ability impaired.

Ralph Williams III, 31, of Kingston, was charged with misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

On the afternoon of April 11, deputies stopped a vehicle on South Manor Avenue in the City of Kingston for a traffic violation. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to city court.

Just before 11 p.m. on April 8, deputies arrested Xiaofan Li, 34, of Kingston following a traffic stop. She was charged with operating a vehicle in an impaired condition. She was released on an appearance ticket.

A Liberty man was charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped on Route 32 in the Town of New Paltz for a traffic infraction at 3 a.m. on April 9.

Cameron Reyes, 21, was charged with driving in an intoxicated condition and was released on an appearance ticket.
