Police investigating possible Hyde Park home invasion

HYDE PARK – Hyde Park Police and several other law enforcement agencies responded to a possible home invasion on Tuesday evening.  Police communications indicate that the alleged incident occurred on Lyons Drive around 10:00 p.m. on April 12th.

Police radio traffic indicated that at least two subjects were taken into police custody during the investigation.

Hyde Park Police were assisted by the deputies from the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department, and a K-9 unit from the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department.

The investigation was ongoing late Tuesday night and police did not respond to a Mid-Hudson News request for additional information.
