Senior citizen charged with possession of child porn

COPAKE – An 82-year-old Copake man has been arrested and charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child as a felony.

The arrest of James Blass was the result of an investigation by the State Police and Columbia County District Attorney’s Office after receiving a law enforcement tip.

Blass was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Copake Town Court.
