SPRING VALLEY – Following a two-year investigation, Spring Valley Police have charged a 20-year-old village man with the murder of 28-year-old Juvenson Paul on January 21, 2020.
He was found shot and killed in his car that had crashed into a building in the area of 7 Prospect Gardens.
Police have now charged Jack Ramirez of Spring Valley with Paul’s murder.
Ramirez was already incarcerated in the Dutchess County Jail in Poughkeepsie on unrelated gun charges. He was arraigned on the new charge and remanded to the Rockland County Jail.
Spring Valley Police were assisted in the investigation by the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office BCI, Rockland DA’s Office, and the county crime analysis center.
