POUGHKEEPSIE – A sports memorabilia show is being held on Sunday, February 6, at the Majed J. Nesheiwat Convention Center, formerly known as the Mid-Hudson Civic Center.  Many NBA, NFL, and Major League Baseball stars will be there including NY Knicks great John Starks, NY Jets legend Wayne Chrebet, and NY Mets World Series champ and MVP Ray Knight.

Bill Gilbert, the owner of BG Entertainment, said the timing of the trade show and fan experience is a great way to enjoy sports between NFL conference championship weekend and Super Bowl Sunday.  “The world has become accustomed to living within their bubble and we’re trying to break them out,” said Gilbert.

The show includes several sports legends that will be available for autographs and photos.  Iconic New York Jets Tight End Wayne Chrebet is attending his first-ever card show and will be available for signings.  Gilbert noted that the athletes will be wearing masks except for photographs and attendees are encouraged to wear masks.  “We want people to come and enjoy the event but we want them to be comfortable too,” said the promoter.

The show opens at 10:00 a.m.  Tickets for general admission are $10 each and the VIP tickets are $22.  Tickets to the event can be purchased by clicking HERE.  The VIP tickets include early admission, lunch ticket, beverage ticket, and an autograph with either Joe Morris or Roy White.
