VILLAGE OF LIBERTY – A 25-year-old Livingston Manor man has been charged with rape for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Village of Liberty Police began an investigation on January 20 after receiving a report that the child had been the victim of a sex crime. The following day police arrested Terry Wilson on the rape charge as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 secured bond or $20,000 partially secured bond.
