RHINEBECK – In the early morning hours of Monday, January 24, State Police arrested a Rhinebeck man for the murder of his girlfriend. The police believe the murder occurred either Friday night or Saturday morning.
Forty-two-year-old William Dicke is accused of murdering the woman and then waiting several hours to call the police to report a burglary. He left before the police arrived.
No additional information was immediately available.
