CATSKILL – Greene County Court has announced two sentencings and two pleas.
Anthony Biagioni, 51, of Acra, was sentenced to five years in state prison plus two years of post-release supervision on a conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also sentenced to 1 1/3 to four years in prison for his conviction of grand larceny.
Thomas Higgins, 44, of Catskill, was sentenced to nine years in prison plus 20 years of post-release supervision for his conviction of course of sexual conduct against a child.
Robert Cherrington, 50, of Round Top, pled guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance and will be sentenced to state prison at a later date.
Michael Bell, 42, of Catskill, entered a plea of guilty to burglary and will be sentenced at a later date.
