Fishkill man arrested twice within days in Town of Lloyd

HIGHLAND – A Fishkill man, Nicholas Snowden-DeCola, was arrested twice in a matter of four days, by Lloyd Town Police.

Snowden-DeCola was arrested on January 11 on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance after the vehicle he was driving, struck a utility pole on Milton Avenue in Highland, causing the pole to break off and strike a 30-year-old Highland man as he walked on the sidewalk.

The pedestrian suffered a broken leg.

Snowden-DeCola was released on an appearance ticket returnable to town court.

Meanwhile, on January 14, he was arrested again by Lloyd Town Police, charged with misdemeanor drug possession after he came to the police station and was found in possession of a controlled substance.

He was released again on an appearance ticket.
