Ulster man charged with burglary

TOWN OF ROCHESTER – A Town of Ulster man has been arrested by State Police from the Ellenville barracks on charges of criminal possession of stolen property and burglary in connection with a burglary in the Town of Rochester.

A 2012 Audi A4, a TV, and a computer were missing from a residence on Route 208 in the town on January 4.

The following day, New Paltz Police found the stolen car unoccupied behind a restaurant on Old Route 299 in the town.

The investigation led troopers to Michael Devoll, 35, of the Town of Ulster, who was arrested and remanded to the Ulster County Jail.
