Orange County to distribute free PPE to businesses and residents today

GOSHEN – Orange County’s Office of Emergency Management will be handing out free masks and hand sanitizer to businesses and residents from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or while supplies last on today (Tuesday) at the Emergency Services Center, located at 22 Wells Farm Road in Goshen.

The distribution event will be held in collaboration with the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and Orange County Tavern and Restaurant Association (OCTRA).

“This much-needed assistance helps keep our establishments open and our employees and patrons safe,” said Tommy O’Toole, president of the OCTRA.

Chamber President Heather Bell-Meyer the distribution event for the small business community “will result in a cost savings for the businesses, while keeping their employees and patrons safe as we continue to navigate through the pandemic.”
