KINGSTON – A 20-year-old Pine Bush man was arrested Tuesday night in connection with the shooting of a man in the City of Kingston that afternoon.
Albert Miller was charged with attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon.
He allegedly shot the victim in the leg while on Van Buren Street at around 3:45 p.m. The wounded man was taken to the hospital, underwent surgery and is in stable condition, police said.
Kingston Police were assisted by Crawford Town Police, State Police, Ulster County District Attorney’s and Sheriff’s Office.
