NEVERSINK – A motorist was killed early Sunday morning when the vehicle they were in struck a guardrail and rolled over on top of the Neversink Dam on Devine Corners Road and Route 52, according to police radio transmissions.
The incident occurred just before 3:30 Sunday morning.
A Sullivan County coroner was called to the scene as police blocked off the roadway.
It was not immediately clear if the victim was a man or woman.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
