Virginia man arrested in Rockland shooting incident

PEARL RIVER – A Norfolk, Virginia man is in the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail in connection with shots fired in Pearl River.

Orangetown Police were called to 49 West Central Avenue at around 4:20 a.m. on Saturday, November 27.

Investigation has led to the arrest and indictment of Brandon Andino, 21, on charges of criminal possession of a weapon and prohibited use of a weapon. 

The Rockland County Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted at the crime scene.
