State provides funds for several area projects

Dinosaur Park in Fort Lee, NJ.

ALBANY – A dinosaur park, hotel project, fruit distributor and campgrounds are among projects and facilities in the Hudson Valley to be funded by the state.

Foster Supply Hospitality on Grand Street in the City of Newburgh will receive $1.25 million for its hotel-restaurant project.

Orange County Dinosaur Park in the Town of Wallkill will receive $1.2 million toward its facility that will include 60 realistic life-sized animated dinosaurs.

Sonny Patel Brewing Company, Aspire Brewery Development will receive $500,000 toward its development of a micro-brewery in the Town of Wallkill. The former Kittatinny Campgrounds and Canoes will receive $1.5 million to transform the Barryville site into Camp Fimfo (Fun is More Fun Outside).

Upriver Studios in Saugerties will receive $1.25 million to create state-of-the-art film and TV sound stages.

Viking Industries in New Paltz will receive $500,000 to expand its factory to meet growing needs for corrugated packaging among its customer base.
