SAUGERTIES – A 52-year-old New Jersey man was arrested in Saugerties for driving under the influence of drugs on November 24. Police Chief Joe Sinagra said his officers found Thomas Cirino parked in the traffic lane of Tower Drive at 3:21 a.m. on Wednesday.
Sinagra said his officers found Cirino and determined that he was operating his vehicle while under the influence of drugs and was unaware that he parked in the roadway.
Cirino was taken into custody, processed at Saugerties Police Headquarters and was then released on tickets returnable in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court on December 8, 2021.
