PINE PLAINS – State Police have arrested a 64-year-old Pine Plains man on a misdemeanor sexual abuse charge after an investigation. Dennis Robinson was arrested on Monday by troopers from the Rhinebeck barracks.
State Police say they received a complaint of inappropriate behavior and their investigation determined that Robison touched the victim beneath the clothing for the purpose of sexual gratification.
Robison was arraigned before the Judge Guzman of the Town of Pine Plains Court and was released on his own recognizance to reappear before the court at a later date.
