CATSKILL – The New York State Police and the Catskill Police Department are seeking to identify an individual who was walking on the Rip Van Winkle Bridge on Wednesday, November 17, at 3:30 a.m. Both police agencies are investigating an incident that occurred on the span on Wednesday.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of the person pictured is asked to contact the State Police in Catskill at 518-622-8600.
