FEMA awards grants for counterterrorism, emergency preparedness

ALBANY – The Federal Emergency Management Agency has awarded grants to Hudson Valley and Catskills counties to support counterterrorism and emergency preparedness efforts. The State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services manages the programs in coordination with local stakeholders.
