MONTICELLO – Assistant district attorneys in Sullivan County will be seeing their incomes grow as the county legislature approved a new pay scale for the litigators.
Legislature Chairman Rob Doherty said the ADAs will see a 14 percent raise over seven years.
- “The bottom four ADAs will be getting a guaranteed two percent-a-year for their first seven years in the office-based on merit. So if they have a good review, they get the two percent, which they never had before,” he said.
The Sullivan DA’s office has eight assistant district attorneys.
