POUGHKEEPSIE – The Federal Emergency Management Agency has extended Individual Assistance to Dutchess County residents. The announcement follows successful requests for an Emergency Declaration and Public Assistance.
Individuals in Dutchess can apply with FEMA in a number of ways:
- Apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov.
- Constituents may call the application phone number at 1-800-621-3362. If using video relay service (VRS), captioned telephone service or others, please give FEMA the number for that service.
- Visit a Disaster Recovery Center.
- Contact Rep. Delgado’s Office via email or phone 1-845-443-2930.
“This is very welcome news for the citizens and business owners throughout Dutchess County,” said County Executive Marc Molinaro. “Our Department of Emergency Response has worked tirelessly to secure site visits to damaged areas and collect damage estimates from residents and business owners to receive this additional financial support from FEMA.”
