KINGSTON – Home sales in the first nine months of the year in Ulster County rose by 18.2 percent, according to  the Ulster County Board of Realtors. In 2020, 1,218 single-family homes sold as compared to 1,440 so far this year.

The average selling price increased by 17.8 percent during that nine-month period, going from $357,028 in 2020 to $420,769 this year.
