MIDDLETOWN – Bar associations in the state’s Ninth Judicial District have given State Supreme Court justice candidate Richard Guertin high grades.
Guertin, currently a Middletown City Court judge, is a registered Conservative who is seeking election to the supreme court.
He was rate “highly qualified” by the Dutchess and Rockland County Bar Associations.
He was also rated “well qualified” by the Westchester County Bar Association and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
