One person, Kim Dunn, 62, was pulled from the wreckage by a neighbor and a fireman.

A second occupant, Lawrence Pariseau, 61, was located dead inside the building.

Dunn was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
