CATSKILL – An investigation into possession of child pornography resulted in the arrest o a 35-year-old Catskill man.
State Police charged Jason Carter with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old and promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 17 years old, both felonies.
Carter, who was arrested on October 8, was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
