Three prisoners at Coxsackie convicted in separate Greene County Court cases

CATSKILL – Three prisoners at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility have appeared in Greene County Court on charges incurred when in the prison.

Michael Pula, 41, was sentenced to 1 ½ to three years in prison on his conviction of promoting prison contraband while confined in the facility.

Anthony Smith, 26, was sentenced to 1 ½ to three years in prison for his conviction of attempted promoting prison contraband while in prison.

Kyle Johnson, 34, of Coxsackie, was sentenced to two to four years in state prison on his conviction for assault of a correction officer. The incident occurred while he was confined to Coxsackie Correctional Facility.
