POUGHKEEPSIE – Effective today, Monday, September 20, Metro-North will return to its regular schedule, which took effect on August 29, as crews continue to make progress repairing damage caused by Tropical Storm Ida.

The schedule, which returns several previously suspended trains caused by storm damage, will offer 82 percent of pre-pandemic weekday service and 100 percent of pre-pandemic weekend service. Additionally, some train times will be adjusted to reflect earlier departures and later arrivals due to reduced capacity on the Hudson Line because of landslides and culvert damage caused by Tropical Storm Ida.

Customers should expect 1-10 minute adjustments to most Hudson Line trains to accommodate storm-related repairs as well as ongoing infrastructure projects.
