Three men hospitalized after early morning shooting

NEWBURGH – Three men were shot in the City of Newburgh at approximately 2:40 a.m. on Friday, according to Police Chief Anthony Geraci.  Two of the men are in critical condition at a local hospital.

Chief Geraci said that ShotSpotter alerted police to gunfire in the area of Mill and Hasbrouck Streets.  Responding officers located three men with gunshot wounds.  All of the victims were transported to the hospital.

Geraci said that the identities of the victims were not going to be released at this time.
