Police make arrest in synagogue paintball incident

WOODBOURNE – Police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting of paintballs at a Woodbourne synagogue on the second day of the Jewish New Year holiday of Rosh Hashanah last Wednesday.

Someone had driven past the house of worship and fired several rounds from a paintball gun, many striking the front of the building.

Fallsburg Police are expected to provide details of the arrest as early as Tuesday.
