Two killed in I-287 crash

HARRISON – Two people were killed Thursday morning in a crash involving two passenger vehicles and a cement truck on I-287 in the Town of Harrison, State Police said.

The crash occurred at around 8:24 a.m. between exit 10 (Purchase/Port Chester) and exit 11 (Port Chester/Rye).

Eastbound lanes were blocked while reconstruction was being conducted. Traffic was diverted at exit 10.

Troopers will release additional information as it becomes available.
