Ulster Legislature approves funding for energy upgrades to law enforcement center

KINGSTON – Ulster County will spend close to $100,000 for energy upgrades to the county law enforcement center in Kingston.

The county legislature Tuesday night approved $39,800 in additional bonds to pay for part of the design and planning costs of the improvements.

The total cost of the project is $93,800. The lawmakers approved the contract with Greenman-Pederson, Inc.
