SAUGERTIES – A 23-year-old Saugerties man has been arrested after he allegedly kicked on the front door of the victim’s home and then entered where he allegedly spit at the victim and threw the individual to the ground.

Police said Brian Bucci then began breaking several household items throughout the Glasco Turnpike in Saugerties.

As he left the residence, Bucci damaged the victim’s vehicle.

He was taken into custody later on July 31 and charged with two counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and the violation of harassment.

Bucci was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
